Much Does Plan B Cost At Walmart

Group Committee: Open letter to Mr. Pierre-Andre de Chalendar.

Mr. President,
Two framework agreements, GPEC and STRESS were signed at the Saint-Gobain. The Group's management has largely used such agreements in its internal and external communication.

The elected group committee, meeting this Thursday, March 3 and representing all the unions, can not but note the discrepancy between the image displayed by the Directorate to praise the social dialogue in Group and the reality on the ground.

Operational divisions ignore the spirit and letter of these agreements. Speeches required are often in conflict with the principles of behavior and action of the Group. Examples of vilification of union involvement are daily. Examples of redundancies hidden under various pretexts are frequent.

Organizational changes, the increased workload, inability to communicate effectively between departments and teams create a deep sense of unease. This feeling applies to all categories of employees, workers, employees, technicians, supervisors and managers. This situation can only lead to conflict and we can not exclude consecutive overflows some form of despair. The austerity measures imposed on employees are even more difficult to cope after the announcement of the Group's results for 2010.

Politicians Group Committee asking that a delegation accompanying the coordinators to share this awareness to the Executive Board.

accept, Mr. President our sincere greetings.

For elected CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC, CGT and CGT-FO.
